Behind the 'Sky' legal case
A hearing had been scheduled for Monday in Los Angeles on Homer H. Hickam Jr.'s request that he be erased from the Old Globe musical "October Sky" " a show whose main character is Hickam himself. But on Friday, that court date was canceled.
