Video: Ben Vereen: Live and up close by Luis Cruz

Legendary Broadway, film and television star Ben Vereen was recently in town to promote the Ben Vereen Awards, his San Diego-based awards program honoring high-school theater artists taking place at the Balboa Theatre on Sunday, May 28. I had the opportunity to interview him in front of an intimate crowd at Sycuan Casino's Live & Up Close Theater.
