Ask Jean Isaacs about Live Arts Fest 2019, and she will proudly rattle off a litany of things that make it special. "No two evenings are the same … because each evening presents a unique perspective on expressing cultural identity, and the range of expression in each evening is vast," says Isaacs, artistic director of San Diego Dance Theater.
