Sara Bareilles is back in Waitress but this time in the West End production opposite Gavin Creel
How often does the writer of a show perform the lead role in their own musical and make their West End debut at the same time? Well, that is exactly what Sara Bareilles is going to do when she plays Jenna in the London production of Waitress for six weeks from 27 January to 7 March 2020. And just look who is going to perform opposite her as Dr Pomatter, it's only Olivier and Tony Award-winning actor Gavin Creel.
