Dr. Seuss send-up 'Who's Holiday' in Norwalk has roots in 'Christmas on the Rocks' by Christopher Arnott

"Who's Holiday," having its Connecticut premiere at Music Theatre of Connecticut in Norwalk through Dec. 19, grew from a scene in TheaterWorks Hartford's "Christmas on the Rocks."
