Second attempt at CT concert postponed for John Hinckley Jr., the man who shot President Ronald Reagan by Christopher Arnott

John Hinckley Jr., the man who shot President Ronald Reagan in 1981 and became a singer-songwriter during his time in confinement, has postponed a scheduled concert at Hotel Huxley in Naugatuck.
