If the rush of folks from seven to seventy-plus at Saturday's matinee of the New York City Opera-Glimmerglass co-production of Pirates is any indication, it's a good thing the swashbuckling crew has landed at the huge New York State Theater which can accommodate all the past and future Gilbert and Sullivan enthusiasts.
