Monster Mash: NEA's new program; a change at Warner Bros. by David Ng

The National Endowment for the Arts is launching a new initiative called ArtPlace to spur various projects across the country. Warner Bros. has restructured its live-theater division, with Alan Horn overseeing the group's bicoastal presence.
