It takes the entire first act of "Gone Home" to reveal the reason behind its awkward dialogue and offbeat confrontations, but the payoff is hardly a shocker. That's too bad, because Chicago playwright John Corwin puts a fresh spin on the oft-told tale of the prodigal son's return.
