Through Sunday night, the best show in town, hands down, is the City Center Encores! concert version of Sigmund Romberg's 1928 "The New Moon," which yielded such songs as "Lover, Come Back to Me," "Stout-hearted Men" and "Softly, As in a Morning Sunrise."
