I actually didn't think the Boston Police Department would be this stupid. But they were. The country's economy can be trampled to pieces as far as they're concerned, but NOBODY TOUCH THOSE FLOWERS ON THE GREENWAY! THEY'RE PRIVATE PROPERTY! Uh-huh. Okay.
