BROADWAY'S most powerful union has told the "The Music Man" to take a hike. The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), which last week granted 25 percent across-the-board salary cuts to six struggling Broadway musicals, has decided not to do the same for the revival of Meredith Willson's classic show about a traveling salesman.
