Pop How do you get to Carnegie Hall? The answer for Judy Garland was no different than for anyone else: She practiced. Interestingly, her dry runs for her famous Carnegie Hall concert began in 1960 at a London recording studio, where she rerecorded her old repertoire - plus new stuff - in stereo.
