Patti LuPone and Laurie Metcalf to Lead David Mamet's THE ANARCHIST on Broadway; Opening Set for Fall 2012
According to the New York Times, Broadway veteran's Patti LuPone and Laurie Metcalf will lead an upcoming Broadway production of David Mamet's newest play, THE ANARCHIST. Producers Jeffrey Richards and Jerry Frankel announced that LuPone will play 'a female inmate with a radical past' and Metcalf a prison governor. Mamet will direct the play, which is scheduled to open in fall 2012.
