Monster Mash: Plug pulled on 'Funny Girl'; Getty Museum suit
Producers in New York have pulled the plug on the revival of "Funny Girl" that was to open at the Ahmanson Theatre in early 2012 before transferring to Broadway in April. The J. Paul Getty Trust has failed to stop a lawsuit by the Armenian Orthodox Church that accuses the museum of harboring stolen illuminated medieval manuscripts.
