Harvey Weinstein is considering developing a Broadway musical based on the new movie "My Week with Marilyn," with singer Katy Perry in the lead role as Marilyn Monroe. The National Gallery in London said it would crack down on ticket scalping to its blockbuster show of Leonardo da Vinci paintings.
