Spend on arts programming drops by more than a third since 2006 - Ofcom by Matthew Hemley

Spending on arts programming by the five main public service broadcasters - including the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 - fell by 39% over the five years to 2011, according to a report published by Ofcom today.
