Hershey Felder's "An American Story"
Hershey Felder has made a name for himself doing solo performances about musicians (Gershwin, Chopin, Beethoven, Bernstein). His new project, An American Story, marks a departure from that pattern, as it focuses on the assassination of Abraham Lincoln from the perspective of the surgeon who responded to the “Is there a doctor in the house?” call that fateful night at Ford's Theatre.
