The Mnemonist of Dutchess County is but a Memory: The Mnemonist of Dutchess County, the new play by Josh Koenigsberg (the terrific Herman Kline's Midlife Crisis), is sweet and has nothing to say which is odd considering a mnemonist: is someone who can recall virtually anything they read or hear with perfect accuracy.
