Three-time Tony Award nominee Rebecca Luker and Chicago stars Amy Spanger and Amra-Faye Wright have joined the lineup for Spotlight on Town Hall, a free concert event featuring performances from Chicago, The Phantom of the Opera, Avenue Q and more, March 28 at New York City's The Town Hall.
