PIPPIN Producers Developing WAITRESS Musical with Diane Paulus, Paula Vogel and Sara Bareilles?
PIPPIN's producers Barry and Fran Weissler revealed to the press during tonight's Tony Awards ceremony that they are working on a musical adaptation of the 2007 film Waitress, to be directed by Tony winner Diane Paulus Pippin with a score by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel and pop singer Sara Bareilles.
