A new version of Funny Girl is in the making and headed for Broadway in early 2012. There was a big buzz over Glee's Lea Michele's singing and that she is comparable to Barbra Streisand. There now is an online casting call to follow in Barbra Streisand's footsteps, again, with emphasis on singing.
