NBC has confirmed that it will submit the highly anticipated live TV presentation of Rodgers amp Hammerstein's classic family-friendly musical THE SOUND OF MUSIC for Golden Globe and Screen Actor's Guild Award consideration for this calendar year, airing just four days shy of the nomination submission deadline.
