Teachers College to Establish Emanuel and Barbra Streisand Scholarship Fund
Award-winning actress and singer Barbra Streisand has announced a bequest intention to enable Teachers College, Columbia University, to create the Emanuel and Barbra Streisand Scholarship Fund.
