Atlantic Theater Company will develop a new play by Raúl Castillo, the newest Atlantic resident playwright, along with works by John Leguizamo, José Rivera and Diane Rodriguez in its free Latino MixFest reading series June 12-27 at Atlantic Stage 2 (330 West 16th Street).
