Wing Luke grant will save opera recordings
The Grammy Foundation has awarded the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience a grant of $13,114 to save/enhance taped recordings of Chinese operas. The museum has 251 tapes, recorded from 1960-1975, and will catalog and digitize them. A news release from the foundation states that
