THEATER REVIEW: "Partners" by LiveWire Chicago ★★½ Dawn Powell, the great chronicler of comedies of bad manners in Manhattan in the post-World War II era, created a character in her 1954 novel "The Wicked Pavilion" who championed a new approach to fiction writing.
