The Lord Stanley, London: Nabokov's 1955 masterpiece finds curious echoes in today's mass media climate of stories of historical sex abuses. But this revival of Victor Sobchak's adaptation by his Theatre Collection company, which relocates the story to modern-day Britain, does disappointingly little in the way of contemporary reflection.
