54 Below (254 W. 54th Street) presents Seth Sikes tonight, Oct. 22 at 9:30 PM in an evening of Judy Garland’s most celebrated songs – conceived by Sikes and Tony-winning lyricist Lisa Lambert –  to a sold out crowd; and due to popular demand, the nightlife venue has added an additional evening for Sikes Nov. 23 at 9:30 PM.
