Peter Pan , Rayne Theatre, Chickenshed, Southgate by Susan Elkin

Rayne Theatre, Chickenshed, Southgate: It's a real joy to see a Peter Pan with many of JM Barrie's original words spoken by an unseen narrator using an authentic Scottish accent. Undumbed down but full of charm and spectacle, this fine, moving show cheerfully includes words such as "progeny" and "ferment" and we are a very long way from pantomime. Read the full review
