'An Amercian in Paris' opens on Broadway to bravos, champagne and stars
"An American in Paris," a gorgeous fusion of Broadway and ballet, unfolded to spontaneous bursts of applause and shouts of "Bravo!" from the charmed crowd long before the cast took its final bows.
