Riverfront Festival Offering Free Art-Making Boat Rides
A festival will be held Saturday, May 9, at Harbor Park in Middletown with music, crafts, art, food and other family-friendly attractions. A map of the festival grounds shows 19 different events taking place beside the Connecticut River, and one actually IN the river.
