It might be time the vice squad paid a little visit to the Old Globe: The place is crawling with people getting openly high on rhymes. Not just actors, either (what would you expect from them anyway?): The theater's West Coast premiere of "The Metromaniacs" proves pretty intoxicating for audiences, too.
