Ted Sod: Why did you choose to do Stephen Karam's adaptation of Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard and the role of Lopakhin? Harold Perrineau: Â Simon Godwin, the director, gave me a call and said, "We're doing this production of The Cherry Orchard and Stephen Karam's doing the adaptation and I was wondering if you were interested
