Broadway's Billy Elliot Offering Snow Discount for Jan. 26 Matinee
As another snowstorm blankets Manhattan, the Tony-winning Billy Elliot the Musical is offering a discount to the Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 2 PM performance at the Imperial Theatre.
