Cleveland Public Theatre's '44 Plays for 44 Presidents' features fun-sized one-acts packed with historical facts, music, song-and-dance numbers, buffoonery (naturally) and unexpected pathos performed by a cast seven women, the first time the show has been produced with an all-female ensemble.
