This show has more laughs per minute than anything on Broadway.
This "Tarzan" is ultimately a weakling -- a really, really rich weakling.
The show is a little crude and a little long, but overall -- to borrow a word from the 80s -- it's awesome, as colorful and sweet and tasty as a jar of Ronald Reagan's jellybeans.
I suspect that the only person really thrilled to have it on Broadway will be Julia Roberts. Now the critics have someone else to kick around.
