THEATER REVIEW | 'CHANTECLER'<br> Keep Your Eye on the Wisecracking Blackbird By NEIL GENZLINGER

This production of Edmond Rostand's fable about a rooster and his role in the cosmos is creative and somewhat witty, but seeming as if it's in search of an audience.
