Tony Yazbeck may be known as a Tony-nominated actor but he's also foraying into directing. Next year, he will be directing The Civil War for Manhattan Concert Productions. The musical by Frank Wildhorn, Gregory Boyd and Jack Murphy takes place during the American Civil War, and told from the viewpoints of the Union Army, the Confederate Army and slaves.
