MOTOWN Records founder Berry Gordy was portrayed as a mob-connected sleazebag by Jamie Foxx in "Dreamgirls." But at Motown's 50th anniversary at the T.J. Martell gala at the N.Y. Hilton Tuesday night, there was buzz about a new Broadway musical in the works that will tell Berry's real story with real Motown music instead of ersatz Broadway show tunes.
