'Hair' Long On Nostalgia, Short On Commentary By MALCOLM JOHNSON

The artistic director says he chose to remount the play because of the current wars. But for much of its running time, "Hair" proves more of a romp than a sharp rebuke to George W. Bush's misadventure in Iraq.
