ATC to stage premiere of 'Disgraced' with New York producers attached

In what artistic director PJ Paparelli is calling a possible pre-Broadway tryout, American Theater Company will stage the premiere of the new play "Disgraced" by Ayad Akhtar. The play, which was wokshopped at The Vineyard in New York, is about a Muslim-American lawyer tyring to climb the corporate ladder at some cost to himself.
