This month we check out the theatrical treasure trove located on the third floor of The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. The vision of the now retired Betty Corwin, TOFT (Theatre on Film and Tape) began in 1969 and has, according to successor <b>Patrick Hoffman</b>, "succeeded beyond her wildest dreams."
