Oo-La-La! Refugee From River City Will Sing "The Best of Times" in <I>La Cage</I>

Ruth Williamson, the former Mrs. Shinn in Broadway's most recent run of <I>The Music Man,</I> will give them the oo-la-la this fall playing vivacious Jacqueline, who warbles "The Best of Times" in Broadway's <I>La Cage aux Folles.</I>
