Caldwell Theatre's Bank Files Foreclosure Complaint; Does Not Want To Shut Down Theater
The bank holding the mortgages on the Caldwell Theatre Company's building has filed a foreclosure complaint and asked the Palm Beach County Circuit Court to appoint a receiver to manage the business, the bank's attorney said Wednesday.
