Toronto steps out from its own shadow
A star emerged last weekend. It happened during Hot Docs, the documentary film festival that, for 11 days, ending last Sunday, had crowds hurrying from the renovated Bloor Street Cinema, to the Isabel Bader Theatre, to the TIFF Cinemas, to the ROM, to the Fox, to the Regent, to the Cumberland, to the Revue.
