Off-Broadway Revival of Bare, Exploring Sexuality, Religion and Acceptance, Begins Nov. 19 by Michael Gioia

Bare, the coming-of-age rock musical set in a co-ed Catholic boarding school, begins Off-Broadway previews Nov. 19 at New World Stages, where the work — billed as a Pop Opera in 2004 — was slated to open eight years ago. Taylor Trensch and Jason Hite star as the show's respective undercover lovers, Peter and Jason.
