'Chicago's' Billy Flynn Gets a Familiar Face in Christopher Sieber by David Rogers

Christopher Sieber will return to the Broadway cast of "Chicago" on Christmas Day as Billy Flynn. The two-time Tony nominee will replace country star Billy Ray Cyrus, who ends his limited engagement as Flynn on December 23.
