'Rusted Heart Broadcast' at Cleveland Public Theatre wastes a good premise about Internet implants
The post-apocalyptic tale, devised by CPT's executive artistic director Raymond Bobgan and his cast, is a mash-up of hero mythology a la Joseph Campbell -- remember your VHS tapes of him? -- and warmed-over sci-fi tropes from "The Matrix" without the diverting F/X and Keanu Reeves.
