ArtsBeat: Quinn Goes to Bat for Theater Troupe Over Parking Fees by Allan Kozinn

The City Council speaker has identified a donor to cover the troupe's costs if the Department of Transportation continues to demand payment for Shakespeare production in a parking lot.
